Located at the corner of Fairmont Parkway & Highway 146, adjacent to their Home2 Suites and Candlewood Suites.

Part of a broader development including an 8,700 sq ft retail center; additional hotels (Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express) are also proposed nearby.
